Estero Palms

Estero Palms is a gated community of 32 estate-sized homes, situated on 10-acres in Estero, Florida.  These single-family homes include mostly lake views, with some ranging around 2,000 square feet to 2,500 square feet in size.  The neighborhood was developed by Taylor Morrison.

Residents of Estero Palms enjoy the location of the community adjacent to the Estero Community Park and Recreation Center.  The center includes space for bocce ball, volleyball, basketball courts and a game room.  There is also an art studio, computer center, teen center, fitness center and cross country course on site.  In addition, there are horseshoe pits located within this 55-acre park.  Estero Palms is also close to Coconut Point Mall and the Miromar Outlets.

Estero Palms is found west of River Ranch Road, off Block Lane in Estero.  Homes within the development are found on Red Latan Way and Arenga Lane.
