Egrets Walk at Pelican Marsh

Egrets Walk is a community of coach homes within the Pelican Marsh development.  The golf course and tennis neighborhood features 208 homes surrounded by three lakes and wooded preserves.  The community offers six separate floor plans, ranging from 1,200 square feet to 1,400 square feet in living space.  Each unit comes with an attached garage.  The residences were built around 2000.

Amenities at Egrets Walk include a clubhouse with exercise room, sauna and spa.  Egrets Walk is the only neighborhood within Pelican Marsh to include two community swimming pools.  Residents also have access to the amenities of the larger development, including the tennis facility, computer center and a private membership, 18-hole golf course.  In addition, Egrets Walk includes basketball and a kid’s park.

Egrets Walk is located on the western side of the Pelican Marsh development.  This community is east of US 41, north of Vanderbilt Beach Road, and west of North Goodlette-Frank Road.
