Creekside at Bonita Bay

Creekside is a subdivision within Bonita Bay, overlooking the Creekside Golf Course.  The neighborhood’s 84, single-family, estate-size homes also include either lake views, preserve views or open vistas.  Built between 1991 and 2003, each home includes its own private swimming pool.  The neighborhood includes varying styles of architecture, including Mediterranean and Old Florida style, with between 2,900 to 6,300 square feet of living space.

As part of Bonita Bay, Creekside residents have access to a private beach park, private marina, and numerous private golf courses.  There is also a fitness center and tennis center in the area, as well as canoeing and jogging trails.  Spring Creek Park is just a short walk away from Creekside.

You will find Creekside at the north end of Bonita Bay.  It borders Spring Creek.  Homes in the neighborhood are located along Pond Apple Court, Oak Hammock Court, Creekview Drive, Red Oak Court and Osprey Nest.
