Cranbrook at Bonita Bay

Cranbrook includes 26 single-family detached villa homes, with either one or two story floor plans, developed by Sand Springs Development Corporation.  The homes range in size from 2,700 to 3,400 square feet.  Many of the homes have private pools, include golf course or park views, and were built in the mid to late 1990s.

Residents of Cranbrook have the option of taking advantage of the amenities offered living within the larger Bonita Bay development.  The area features optional membership to the several private golf courses.  There is also a private marina and restaurant, as well as a tennis facility, fitness facility, basketball courts, a community boat dock and miles of walking and biking paths.  Bonita Bay also includes several private community parks provided exclusively for use by residents.

Cranbrook is located at Bonita Bay along the Imperial River adjacent to Riverwalk Park.
