Cracker Cove at Bonita Bay

Cracker Cove includes a number of unique homes built on stilts within the larger Bonita Bay development.  The subdivision was built between 1988 and 1996.  The 38 homes stand out in appearance because they are built on stilts.  They also have tin roofs, siding and ornate moldings, painted in Victorian colors.  These Old Florida-style homes range from 1,500 square feet to around 2,800 square feet in size, with between two and four bedrooms.  The neighborhood has large old trees surrounding the homes.

Cracker Cove residents have access to a private community pool.  Nearby Bonita Bay also offers such amenities as optional golf course membership, clay tennis courts and a private marina.  Residents are also close to beach facilities, walking paths and a number of private community parks.
