Cottages at Pelican Landing is a unique subdivision of 40 cottage-style homes.  These detached villas range in size from 2,200 square feet to 2,700 square feet, with views of the golf course, lakes or nature preserves.  All homes have at least two bedrooms plus a den, and go up in size to four bedroom floor plans.

The neighborhood features its own lakeside boardwalk and deck for residents to use.  Other amenities include 36-holes of golf, a fitness center and a beach park with a boat shuttle.  There are also canoes and kayaks for residential use on Spring Creek, as well as places for residents to store their own.  In addition, there is a tennis center and bocce courts.

Cottages at Pelican Landing is located near Bay Creek within Bonita Springs, Florida.  This is on the southern edge of the Pelican Landing community, west of US 41 and north of Spring Creek.
