Cottages at Barefoot Beach

Cottages at Barefoot Beach is an exclusive community of detached beachfront homes in which homeowners own not only the land beneath their homes, but also the surrounding land, beach walk and common areas.  It is one of a handful of communities that make up the larger development of Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs, Florida.  This gated community includes just 15 homes residing at the end of Barefoot Beach in a more private area.  Facing the Gulf of Mexico, the homes were constructed in the 1990s, and range in size from 3,300 square feet to around 3,800 square feet.

Homeowners residing within this community have access to a clubhouse, fitness center, community pool and tennis courts.  The subdivision also has gulf access, as well as boat docks available.  The community is also a short walk from a private beach club offering optional memberships.

You will find the community just off Bonita Beach Road, east of Hickory Boulevard in the northwest corner of Collier County.
