Coquina Sands Real Estate

Coquina Sands is one of the most desirable communities in Naples, conveniently located north of the Naples Beach Hotel and west of US 41. Home to families as well as winter residents, Coquina Sands offers a mix of condos and single-family estates, some of which are located on water.  The community was originally developed in the 1960s and 1970s and many of the original homes have undergone renovations or reconstruction in recent years.
