Copper Oaks

Copper Oaks is a gated community of single-family homes located in Estero, Florida.  The neighborhood offers one and two-story floor plans of Mediterranean-style homes.  Many of the homes were built between 2006 and 2009 and include from around 1,900 square feet to around 2,400 square feet of living space.  Residents pay low HOA fees.

Neighborhood amenities include a community swimming pool, clubhouse and fitness center, along with some community parks. There are also tennis courts, basketball courts and there is a play area for young children.  In addition, there is also a biking and walking trail, which winds throughout the community. Nearby shopping areas include Coconut Point Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center and the Miromar Outlets.

Copper Oaks is located in Estero west of I-75, between Estero Parkway and Corkscrew Road.
