Coconut Isle is an exclusive community of 18 luxury villa homes within the greater Bonita Bay development.  The subdivision includes Mediterranean-style homes ranging from 2,900 square feet to upwards of 4,600 square feet.  Bay Island Golf Course surrounds the community.  There are also two lakes.  The homeowners association takes care of all exterior painting, landscaping, lawn and pool service.
