Chiasso at Fiddler's Creek

Chiasso is a community of 59 single-family homes located within the Fiddler’s Creek development.  Homes range from 2,500 square feet to 3,500 square feet in size, with prices starting in the low to mid $500,000 range and going up to the low $700,000s.  The D.R. Horton homes include three to four bedrooms, with a two to three-car garage.  Some homes include lake views.  The Mediterranean-style residences come in five distinct floor plans.

Fiddler's Creek amenities  include the development’s fitness center, swimming pool complex, dining choices and tennis courts.  In addition, there is a spa on site, as well as optional membership available to The Golf Club and The Tarpon Club.

Chiasso is located in the Venetta section of the development, near the north side of Fiddler’s Creek with access off US 41.  This community is to the east of SR 951 in Naples, Florida.  Fiddler’s Creek is north of Marco Island.
