Cellini at Mediterra

Cellini at Mediterra is a gated community of 19 single-family homes.  This neighborhood features lakefront properties with water views.  There are five approved builders for this neighborhood.  They include, London Bay Homes, Kingon Homes, Frey and Son Homes, Bordeaux Homes and Harbourside Custom Homes.  Construction began in 2007 and ended in 2013, with homes starting at around 3,300 square feet.  Homes go up to 4,700 square feet with three to five bedrooms.

Community amenities for residents of Cellini include a clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center and basketball courts.  There is also a private beach with a beach club and pavilion, as well as Bocce Ball courts, and a community park.  In addition, the area offers a golf course with a putting green, dining options, a community swimming pool, a hot tub and a BBQ area for residents.

Cellini is located in the southeast corner of Mediterra.  This Naples, Florida community is found off Livingston Road.
