Cascada at Fiddler's Creek

Cascada is a subdivision of coach homes located within Fiddler’s Creek. This gated neighborhood includes 33 buildings, housing a total of 132 individual homes. Built between 2001 and 2006, the homes come in two different floor plans. With three bedrooms, the smaller units measure at around 2,400 square feet in size, with the larger units measuring at more than 3,000 square feet of living space.

Amenities at Fiddler’s Creek include the clubhouse, community swimming pool, fitness center and spa. Residents also have the option to purchase a golf membership or a membership providing beach access to Marco Island and marina access on the Isles of Capri. In addition, the area features both casual and upscale dining options and tennis courts.
