Capri at Pelican Landing

Capri consists of 64 detached, villa-style homes located within the gated, golfing community of Pelican Landing.  The single-family neighborhood features maintenance-free living, with one-story homes ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to 2,500 square feet.  The villas offer floor plans ranging in size between two bedrooms plus a den, to four bedrooms, with views of the golf course, natural preserves or lakes.  The first homes went up in Pelican Landing in the early 1990s.

Residents of Capri are within a short walk of the tennis center and are located near the Pelican Nest Country Club.  Other available amenities include golf, a private beach club with beach access, a marina, bocce court and biking and jogging path. 

This area of Bonita Springs, Florida is bordered to the west by Estero Bay and to the south by Spring Creek.  The community is west of US 41, and north of Bonita Beach Road and the Imperial River
