Cambridge at Pelican Bay

Cambridge at Pelican Bay is a community of single-family homes located in Naples Florida. Built in 1992, these homes include at least 2,500 square feet of living space with custom floor plans. Many residences include private swimming pools, as well as nature preserve views

Amenities at Cambridge include beach access, as well as a private beach pavilion. A short tram ride takes residents to the beaches. The development also features a clubhouse and a fitness center. In addition, there is canoeing and kayaking available for residents, as well as tennis courts, bike paths, and optional private golf membership. Pelican Bay is a master-planned community of 65 separate neighborhoods, including Cambridge. The area also features beachside restaurants located upon three miles of beach property within the community.

Owners can have pets without weight or height limits, subject to approval. The association allows two lease per year for a minimum time period of thirty days per lease.

Cambridge at Pelican Bay is located off Oakmont Parkway, south of Pelican Bay Boulevard. This location is on the east side of Pelican Bay close to US-41.
