Calumet Reserve is a collection of 84 attached villa homes located off Wildflower Way within the larger, gated golfing community of Lely Resort. Built between 1998 and 2005, the properties offer sweeping views of the nearby lakes and Mustang Golf Course. Residents can choose between two floor plans with each home equipped with a 2-car attached garage. The smaller floor plan spans 1,400 – 1,500 sf with 2 bedrooms and a separate den while the larger configurations feature 3 bedrooms and 1,980 sf. Select homes include their own private pool and/or spa.

Calumet Reserve is one of the few neighborhoods that does not require membership to the Player’s Club.
