Burning Tree at Bonita Bay

Burning Tree is a subdivision within the Bonita Bay development, featuring single-family attached villa homes built between the years 1988 and 1992.  The 42 homes within the subdivision include floor plans ranging from two to three bedrooms, and 1,500 to 2,200 square feet.

The community of Burning Tree has its own private swimming pool for residents to use.  Homeowners may also take advantage of the amenities featured in the larger development of Bonita Bay.  These include a private marina, private golf course membership, a boat ramp, tennis courts and a number of private parks.  There are also miles of walking paths, as well as canoe launches available for residents to use.

All of the homes in the Burning Tree neighborhood reside along Kindlewood Lane, just off Country Club Drive in Bonita Springs, Florida.  The area is west of US 41 and north of the Imperial River and Bonita Beach Road.
