Bonita Shores
Bonita Shores features single-family homes with bay views. Some of the homes within Bonita Shores date back to the 1950s, with others built in more recent years. The community is not deed restricted, so there are varying sizes and styles in the architecture of homes around the community. Some of the newer homes feature a Mediterranean-style. It was originally developed by Forrest Walker and is located inside of Collier County, Florida. Many of the homes include ¼ acre lots.
Neighborhood amenities include access to the nearby beach and the option of purchasing a boat ramp on an annual basis. There is also a clubhouse for residents to use.
Bonita Shores is located at the southwest corner of Bonita Beach Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road in Bonita Springs, Florida. This area of southwest Florida is between Fort Myers and Naples and is close to both Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach.
