Windstar is a Tropical Small Town on the Water

Much like living in your own small town on the water, Windstar offers fantastic views, top amenities, and an almost tropical, country club atmosphere. The private community borders Naples Bay and has been thoughtfully planned out to capitalize on unobstructed views, while also exuding privacy.

The 18-hole, championship golf course from Tom Fazio in Windstar is a key addition to the community, with social and competitive golf experiences available. As the only gated, golf course community on the Bay in Naples, the Club additionally offers access to a private beach and a marina.

Windstar has its own boat shuttle, which transports residents and members to the sand and waterfront of Keewaydin Island via Rookery Bay Reserve. Boat slips are sometimes available for sale or lease at South Pointe Yacht Club and Marina, which is also found within Windstar on Naples Bay.

The Marina provides direct Bay and Gulf boating access. The yacht club has its own clubhouse and swimming pool, too.

Other options at Windstar include a fitness facility with machines, weights, and classes overlooking Naples Bay. There are also a half-dozen, Har-Tru tennis courts, and dining options ranging from casual to more formal.

There are additionally several clubs at Windstar to join, ranging from cycling and fishing to a book club, Audubon club and bridge club. This welcoming community of around 550 residences sits on hundreds of acres of land, which includes the club and golf course, area lakes, and nature preserves.

In fact, nearly half of the land is designated as preserves and the golf course is Audubon-certified. Residential options in Windstar range from condos and villas to single-family homes.

The community sits close to Sugden Regional Park, area shops and restaurants, and major attractions. The community is only about a mile away from 5th Avenue South and Third Street South by boat, and just minutes by private vehicle.
