Walk the Walk at Village Walk

With a Town Hall at its center and countless added amenities, you can literally walk the walk at Village Walk. This gated community in North Naples was originally built by DiVosta Homes in the 1990s and features a number of resort-like amenities.

Thanks to its lakeside layout, most residents of Village Walk are within a short stroll of most of the community’s amenities. A majority of walking paths in the community lead to Town Hall.

Within Town Hall, you’ll find a community room and clubhouse, a fitness center, plus area conveniences including a car wash, gas station, post office, and salon. Additionally, the property features swimming pools, a putting green, and some bocce ball courts.

You’ll also find a half-dozen, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and some pickleball courts within the community. The community additionally features a staffed gatehouse for security and privacy.

The canals and lakes of Village Walk are connected via bridges, as well, and most homes include lake views. While this is not a Gulf access community, thanks to the canals, you can also travel around by small boat.

There are hundreds of single-family homes to choose from in the community, as well as some duplex villas. Most of the single-family homes have either three- or four-bedrooms and tend to range in size from around 1,900 square feet to 2,500 square feet of living space.

The duplex villas in Village Walk generally contain two-bedrooms plus a den. They commonly have 1,500 to 1,600 square feet of space, plus a garage. Residents are responsible for paying quarterly HOA fees.

You’ll find Village Walk at the corner of Livingston Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road in North Naples. The location means residents are close to several shopping and dining options in this part of Naples, plus just a few miles away from the beach.
