Enjoyed by hundreds of area residents, the clubhouse within the Villages of Monterey just received a facelift, updating the building to make it even more appealing to homeowners and their guests. Crews recently completed a renovation project at the clubhouse, aimed at improving its facilities and its offerings.
The $2 million project included adding on a new fitness center to the clubhouse, along with renovating the library, billiards room and the pool restrooms. As well, the dining and social rooms also saw upgrades, while a new pool pavilion, basketball court, playground and maintenance facility were also part of the overall scope of the renovations.
At the center of the entire community, the Villages of Monterey Clubhouse also provides for lake views, with amenities including seating areas and a catering kitchen. Additionally, the larger property provides a freshwater swimming pool and three clay tennis courts, along with a 24-hour staffed and gated entry and the natural beauty of several lakes throughout the property.
This community also makes room for more than 400 single-family homes and attached condos. First developed in the early 1990s, Villages of Monterey is made up of four unique neighborhoods, each individual, yet part of the greater, planned community. Ranging from around 1,000 to upwards of 5,000 square feet in size, it’s common to find homes in this community with three or more bedrooms.
Now with the addition of a newly updated and remodeled clubhouse, it stands to reason that even more prospective homebuyers will be enticed by the many amenities and offerings of a lifestyle within the Villages of Monterey.
