A new gated community of attached villa homes in Estero opened in June built by Neal Communities.  Villa Palmeras will have 110 maintenance-free attached homes with lake and preserve views.  Two model homes can be viewed now; 12 homes will be move-in ready this fall with the remaining homes to be built.  There are 3 models to choose from:
