Ventana Pointe Coming to North Naples
A brand-new, single-family home community is headed to North Naples. Ventana Pointe is a nearly 40-acre community that will eventually make room for more than 70 exclusive homesites and amenities.
Plans call for one- and two-story designs from Pulte, priced from the $400,000s. Available home designs in this community will typically range from around 1,600 square feet to 3,400 square feet of living space.
Future buyers in the community of Ventana Pointe can expect to find open designs with large owner’s suites and chef-inspired kitchens. The homes will also come with smart home technology features and views of either a peaceful lake or nearby nature preserve.
As for amenities, the gated community of Ventana Pointe will soon offer its residents access to a swimming pool and cabana. You’ll find Ventana Pointe located a couple miles east of Collier Boulevard, just off Immokalee Road.
The North Naples location puts area residents close to various options in dining, shopping and recreation in the region. The planned community is also comfortably close to the beach, local grocery stores and some of the region’s top-rated schools.
New homebuyers in Ventana Pointe will find some customizable floor plans with flexible living space from Pulte. Buyers may also be able to personalize some of the finishes during construction of the new homes.
Pulte prides itself on its Life Tested homes, personalized to fit an individual buyer’s needs and wants. The company has been building homes for nearly 70 years in dozens of markets across the nation, including in Southwest Florida. It adds on to that vast experience with the new community of Ventana Pointe in North Naples.
Construction of model homes in the new community should begin sometime early next year. Home sales in Ventana Pointe, meanwhile, could be in full swing by summer of 2021.
