From water and beachfront views to tennis, swimming and more, some of Marco Island’s most luxurious neighborhoods have it all. The top five neighborhoods also tack on sensational floor plans that appeal to the wants and needs of luxury condo buyers.
Found on the island’s southwest corner, Cape Marco is home to a half-dozen high-rises with outstanding views and top amenities. This gated community tacks on fitness centers, swimming pools, tennis, guest suites and a beachfront setting.
South Seas Club
Right along Clam Bay, South Seas Club consists of four high-rise buildings with outstanding views overlooking the Gulf and the island itself. The luxury community features beach and waterfront condos with access to boat docks, tennis and more.
Tucked away on the northern end of Marco Island, Hideaway Beach is a gated neighborhood with a country club feel. The area offers a little of everything, from golf course condos to condos by the water, inland homes and homes right on the beach. While you won’t find canal homes here, this private community is a truly unique spot on the island. The nine-hole, executive golf course is certainly part of the neighborhood’s appeal, but you’ll also find swimming, dining, tennis and a fitness center.
The Estates sits on the southeast corner of Marco Island, with large lots and even larger homes. The lots in this neighborhood are all “water-direct”, which makes it an ideal spot for those with large boats. While the views are certainly impressive, the homes are, as well. They’re typically priced in the multi-million-dollar range.
As one of the very first developed neighborhoods on the island, Old Marco features luxury homes and waterfront condos. A majority of the lots are “water-direct”, plus the homes of Old Marco also sit close to some of the island’s best restaurants.
