Some homes in the community additionally offer views of distant mangroves with plenty of privacy. Still, other homes in the Carolands provide the perfect spot to watch dolphins and manatees out in the water.
Built up over a number of years and decades, some of the homes of Carolands have since been torn down and replaced by more modern designs, while other homes in the area have been recently updated. This is why you’ll find some homes built in the late 1950s, and other homes still being built today.
