The Philharmonic Brings Culture to Naples

Culture is alive and well on the Naples arts’ scene. As part of Southwest Florida’s performing arts programs, The Naples Philharmonic---the orchestra of Artis-Naples---has been recognized as one of the country’s leading young orchestras under the direction of Andrey Boreyko. The Philharmonic performs from September through June offering a wide variety of musical styles---from classical to pop to chamber music.
The Naples Philharmonic Orchestra has appeared on two PBS television specials and has accompanied such celebrated artists as Luciano Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli, Renee Fleming, Denyce Graves, Kathleen Battle, and Kiri Te Kanawa. The orchestra also has international recording credits. The mission of the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra is to provide Southwest Florida with a steady and eclectic calendar of classical and pop concerts featuring world-class soloists, conductors and accomplished musicians from around the world.
Internationally renowned conductor Andrey Boreyko was named Music Director in April 2013, his first American post. He is Music Director Designate for the 2013-14 season and begins as Music Director in 2014-15. The Naples Philharmonic is located in the Pelican Bay community at 5833 Pelican Bay Boulevard Naples, Florida.
