One of the top gated golf communities in North Naples now offers an enhanced experience for its guests. Crews have been hard at work this summer making even more updates and improvements to The Club at Mediterra.
The new additions include some cosmetic updates to the club’s Grille Room. Crews have been busy adding in things like new lighting, artwork and décor. The clubhouse itself recently welcomed a fresh coat of paint.
Mediterra is just coming off of a $16 million, two-phase project aimed at improving its overall look and offerings. It now boasts a new 20,000 square foot addition to its clubhouse, bringing the total space to around 60,000 square feet.
Recently the club expanded its Cypress Bar and Tavern and added a new outdoor covered bar terrace. An expanded ballroom opens up the space to even more guests, while a renovated sunroom and new garden room can be used for those planning smaller gatherings at the club.
As for sports and recreation, Mediterra’s Sports Club is adding in two more Har-Tru pickleball courts and a new sunshade area. The club is also adding in another Bocce court for members to enjoy.
A new fire pit terrace can be used for golf views during the day and for evening sunsets. The latest enhancements join an array of existing amenities.
Mediterra also provides a private Beach Club with room for a swimming pool, dining options and beachside concierge service. In addition, the luxury community offers neighborhood parks, miles of jogging and walking trails, Har-Tru tennis courts and two championship golf courses.
In recent years Mediterra also completed some improvements involving its two golf courses. It additionally made some other updates aimed at supplementing its already vast offerings.
Priced starting from the low $900,000s, the luxury estate homes of Mediterra include some new designs from London Bay Homes.
