The Call of the Nest

With 36-holes of golf and a prime location, the call of The Nest is hard to ignore. The Next Golf Club is located inside the exceptional Pelican Landing community, which borders Estero Bay and is additionally joined by peaceful preserves, towering palm trees, and lakes.

Today, The Nest is home to not just one, but two 18-hole, Tom Fazio golf courses. As a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, course play means playing through oaks, wetland marshes, and mangroves.

A recently renovated and enhanced clubhouse provides formal and casual dining options, as well as social opportunities for members. Membership options range from a full golf membership to a social membership, and you don’t even need to live in the master-planned community of Pelican Landing to become a member of The Nest.

For those that do live here, however, HOA fees provide access to additional amenities within Pelican Landing, such as a marina on Estero Bay for sailing and kayaking, a butterfly garden, and a kayak/canoe park on Spring Creek.

You’ll also find several fishing piers, and a private island in the Gulf with shuttle boat service. Life in Pelican Landing also means access to Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce courts, and a full fitness center.

Residents of Pelican Landing can choose from a number of different home designs, including estate homes, cottages, and villas. You also have your choice of a low-rise condo or even a high-rise condo overlooking the Gulf.

While some homeowners in Pelican Landing are full-time residents, there are many seasonal buyers who are attracted to this part of Florida during the cooler months of the year. The Bonita Springs community of Pelican Landing is a short drive away from neighboring Naples and Fort Myers, providing countless opportunities for those living in Pelican Landing, and close to The Nest Golf Club.
