Terreno Coming to North Naples
Another large new community of single-family homes is coming to North Naples. The newest community is called Terreno and sits next to Valencia Golf & Country Club, between Randall Boulevard and Oil Well Road.
PulteGroup recently closed on a deal for more than 300-acres under its DiVosta brand. Plans call for 685 new homes to join the community, with prices ranging from the high $300,000s to around $1 million.
The homes of Terreno will come in one- and two-story floorplans with three different homesite sizes for buyers to choose from. The first model homes could start going up this spring, with sales kicking off in fall of 2022.
Plans call for the homes to go up in phases, with the first phase consisting of around 179 single-family homes. The homes will take advantage of views of the nearby nature preserve and views of the nearby golf course.
Buyers will be able to choose from homes overlooking the 18-hole golf course, homes sitting on quiet cul-de-sacs or homes with water views. The new Terreno community will offer two entrances, with its main entrance off Oil Well Road.
As for shared amenities, the gated community will offer such options as a clubhouse with community rooms, a catering kitchen and a fitness center. In addition, future residents will enjoy eight pickleball courts, two bocce ball courts and two tennis courts, as well as a resort-style swimming pool, topped off by an adjacent bar and restaurant.
Other additions planned for Terreno include a fire pit, plus an outdoor lounge and terrace. As well, the development plans for more than a dozen lakes and golf cart path easements connecting up the neighborhood to the nearby golf course.
The new community sits within a short drive of some of the city’s most popular shops, restaurants and attractions. This also includes some of the region’s best beaches, parks and outdoor recreation.
