Sutton Cay Coming to Naples Reserve
Another new neighborhood is coming to the lakefront community of Naples Reserve. Sutton Cay makes the ninth neighborhood to grace the South Naples development.
Recently opened, Sutton Cay offers new construction options ranging from around 2,000 to 3,100 square feet of living space. Overlooking the lake or the preserve, the homes of Sutton Cay are priced starting in the $400,000s.
Options include both single- and two-story floor plans, complete with private lanais, large master suites and open designs. Typically, buyers in Sutton Cay can choose from homes with three-bedrooms and two or more baths, and the community is already gaining a lot of interest from new buyers.
Along with its enviable home designs, the new neighborhood of Sutton Cay also sits close to some of some of the greater development’s most popular amenities, including the tennis and pickleball complex, a dog park and a boat ramp. As well, the larger Naples Reserve community also provides its residents access to a fitness center, clubhouse, zero-entry swimming pool with lap lanes and options in dining.
With nearly two-dozen lakes in all, though, a Naples Reserve lifestyle would not be complete without access to the water. The larger community easily presents the opportunity for everything from canoeing and kayaking to paddleboarding and more.
Eagle Lake is its largest lake, with a tiki hut and electric boat cruises. Plans in Naples Reserve also call for a picnic area, a linear park and a playground.
A number of well-known homebuilders are currently constructing in Naples Reserve, with other home designs priced from the $300,000s to some topping $1 million. While other neighborhoods in Naples Reserve continue to sell homes, Sutton Cay offers yet another opportunity to invest in a new construction home set in a premiere location for enjoying a true Southwest Florida lifestyle at every turn.
