Stylish Madison Park Homes Combine Good Schools with Low HOA Fees

A desirable location is just one part of a great neighborhood, but Madison Park adds to that with stylish homes, good schools, and low HOA fees. Made up of both single-family homes and carriage homes, buyers in Madison Park can typically choose from homes with around 1,600 square feet of space, to sometimes homes with 3,200 square feet of space.

Originally built by Centex in the mid 2000s, Lennar added to the community with some of its own homes and carriage homes in the following years. In all, there are now nearly 350 single-family homes in the community and another nearly 100 carriage homes for buyers to choose from.

Many of the single-family homes recently listed on the market in the neighborhood contain three-bedrooms and two-baths, although its sometimes possible to find a larger floorplan in the community, as well. You may find a home with a screened-in lanai, as well as enough space for a private swimming pool, too.

As for some of the carriage homes in Quincy Square at Madison Park, they often contain two-bedrooms and two-baths, although it may also be possible to find a three-bedroom floorplan available, depending on your needs. The carriage homes come with a two-car garage for added convenience and oftentimes a lanai.

Residents who live in the carriage homes of Madison Park have access to a community swimming pool. The homes of Madison Park are built up around a half-dozen lakes and bordered on two sides by preservation areas.

You’ll find the Madison Park community close to the intersection of Davis Boulevard and Radio Road in East Naples. The location positions residents close to area shops, restaurants, and more in the Naples area. The address also means living close to top schools and just a short drive away from some of the region’s best beaches.
