Home sales are booming in South Naples right now, particularly in the popular communities of Fiddler’s Creek, Naples Reserve and Isles of Collier Preserve. Stock Development reports it’s already been a great year for the company, with several models currently open for viewing in all three neighborhoods.
Since the beginning of May alone, Stock reports a summer sales pace of 113 new home contracts, totaling more than $117 million. For all of 2019, Stock reports 238 home sales, worth an estimated $279 million.

Construction begins soon for a brand-new community headed to Naples. Manatee Cove is set to go up on 75-acres of land, conveniently located off Manatee Road and US 41 in eastern Collier County.
The entire project calls for around 160 single-family homes when complete. Buyers will have their choice of either a single-story home or a two-story home in the community. While home prices have not been announced just yet for the new community, the homes of Manatee Cove are expected to include the addition of smart home technology.

Already one of the most popular golf clubs in the Naples area, Naples Lakes Country Club recently picked up the honor of being named the Top Golf Course and Country Club in Collier County. The honor comes from the Readers’ Choice Awards competition, as decided by readers of the Naples Daily News.
