Stock Development reports it’s already been a great year for the company, with several models currently open for viewing in all three neighborhoods.

Construction begins soon for a brand-new community headed to Naples. Manatee Cove is set to go up on 75-acres of land, conveniently located off Manatee Road and US 41 in eastern Collier County.
The entire project calls for around 160 single-family homes when complete. Buyers will have their choice of either a single-story home or a two-story home in the community. While home prices have not been announced just yet for the new community, the homes of Manatee Cove are expected to include the addition of smart home technology.
