Luxury homes are now selling within the new community of Capistrano at Fiddler’s Creek. This small enclave of homes offers the opportunity to choose from less than three-dozen new home sites, with five new floor plans and golf course views.
The single- and two-story designs from Stock Signature Homes range from around 2,600 square feet to 3,700 square feet of living space. The plans provide for flexible floor plans too, allowing for three- to six-bedrooms.

A new community of twin villas is coming to Naples, where construction crews recently began clearing land for construction of Marquesa Isles. The gated community sits just off County Barn Road and Davis Boulevard, with eventual plans calling for more than 150 villas to be built at the site.
A development of Neal Communities, Marquesa Isles could be open as early as next fall, complete with designs influenced by British West Indies-style architecture as well as the classic coastal designs of Caribbean plantation homes. It’s time to prepare for an entirely new culinary experience, as a new food truck park is coming soon to East Naples. Planned for a spot just off Bayshore Drive, crews are now taking their first steps toward completion of the planned attraction, named Celebration Park.
While it’s expected that the venue won’t officially open up to diners until late summer or early fall, crews will be hard at work, in the meantime, constructing a tiki bar, restrooms and making space for around a dozen food trucks plus seating at the site. Actual construction of the project should take less than six months, but the entire idea has been in the planning stages for years.

A new master-planned community in Naples just inched closer to making $100 million in sales, as Naples Reserve recently surpassed $90 million in home sales. This milestone comes on the heals of the community hitting $50 million in sales earlier in 2017.
Already, more than 180 homes have sold across the six neighborhoods of Naples Reserve. The most popular location appears to be in Egret Landing, where one- and two-story homes traditionally offer three- to four-bedrooms and up to 3.5-baths. Another big name has just been added to the already exclusive selection of featured homebuilders in Fiddler’s Creek. Pulte Homes recently signed on to construct homes within Amaranda at Fiddler’s Creek, gaining 71 home sites within the single-family village of homes.
The company expects to begin sales of its homes sometime in January, with plans underway right away for the first Pulte model home in the community. Pulte expects to include floor plans of around 1,600 to 3,000 square feet in the village of Amaranda, each featuring an open floor plan and priced from the $500,000s. In all, Pulte will offer three different single-family home designs for new homebuyers to choose from in Amaranda.
