Sonoma Oaks Townhomes are New Entry to North Naples Scene

If you’re considering making a move to North Naples, there’s a brand-new option to consider. The Sonoma Oaks townhomes are set to be delivered later this year, bringing some new choices to buyers in the area.

Made up of more than 100 new construction townhomes, crews recently broke ground for the new Sonoma Oaks community. PulteGroup is constructing two-story buildings across the property, each of which contain either four or six individual townhomes.

The new units come with 1,800 to around 1,900 square feet of living space, including three-bedrooms and 2.5-baths. Buyers can also expect to find a two-car garage and some smart home technology features.

As for some of its shared community amenities, the development will offer its residents access to a neighborhood swimming pool and cabana. There’s also the advantage of no CDD fees for those living in Sonoma Oaks.

The new townhomes are going in close to the shops and restaurants of Founders Square and Mercato, meaning residents won’t have to go far to enjoy nearby conveniences. The location is also within a short drive of several other area sites and attractions in the Naples area, plus not far from local beaches, either.

A new hospital is currently being built right in front of the new townhomes. The location is also close to area greenspace, like North Collier Regional Park, with its playground, water park and fitness complex, and Vineyards Community Park, with its walking trail, sports fields, and tennis courts.

Even Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park, which is a massive new park that’s going up in phases, is merely a short distance away from the new townhomes of Sonoma Oaks.  There are also several nearby golf courses for those looking for more opportunities for outdoor recreation.

You’ll find the new development of Sonoma Oaks off Vanderbilt Beach Road and Collier Boulevard in North Naples.
