Some of Our Favorite Pelican Bay Neighborhoods

From well-designed homes and condos to abundant amenities, some of our favorite Pelican Bay neighborhoods have it all.

Pointe Verde

One of them also happens to be one of the most exclusive communities of Pelican Bay. Pointe Verde has just 13 luxury estate homes, tucked away within a gated neighborhood setting. Built up primarily between the mid 1990s to mid 2000s, it’s common to find homes in the neighborhood ranging from around 4,000 square feet to 7,000 square feet in size. In addition, the estate homes oftentimes sit on oversized lots. Most of the custom homes in Pointe Verde overlook area lakes or the golf course.

Bay Villas

Bay Villas is another favorite, as homes in this neighborhood are truly unique and feel more like you’re living in a single-family home. Located within walking distance of area shops, restaurants, and entertainment, the villas were constructed in the early 1980s with Mediterranean style points. Many come with private swimming pools and around 1,500 to sometimes upwards of 1,900 square feet of living space.

The Grosvenor

For a high-rise condo in Pelican Bay, The Grosvenor soars 18-stories high and includes around 100 upscale condos. The floorplans are large in The Grosvenor, with condos typically including at least 2,000 square feet of living space. Some of the penthouse units, meanwhile, command more than 5,000 square feet of space. Residents of The Grosvenor enjoy access to a swimming pool and tennis courts.

Barrington Club

For coach homes and carriage homes, you cannot go wrong with Barrington Club. There are around two-dozen buildings in Barrington Club housing luxury residences constructed between the early 1990s and 2000. It’s typical to find units with around 1,500 to 1,600 square feet of living space, plus residents also have access to a community swimming pool, hot tub, and clubhouse.
