A new mixed-use project is officially underway in Downtown Old Naples. Crews recently broke ground on SoCe Flats, putting the new development on track for a mid to late 2020 delivery.
Pre-construction sales, however, are available immediately. Priced starting from the high $500,000s, plans call for a total of 18 condo-hotel residences in the building, along with more than 4,000 square feet of commercial space and a building lobby located on the ground level.
The condos sit on the second and third floors of the building, while an amenity area joins the residences on the top level. Future owners of the SoCe Flats can expect such high-tech additions as “on demand” concierge service and the option of electric car charging.
The units are additionally approved for short term rentals, allowing buyers to generate rental income when not utilizing the property, themselves.
