SkySail Now Selling in North Naples

New homes are now selling in the North Naples community of SkySail. The new community features home designs typically ranging from two- to four-bedrooms and up to three-baths.

The homes of SkySail also come with either a two- or three-car garage. Most homes in the community start at around 1,400 square feet of living space, but some of the largest homes in SkySail command more than 3,400 square feet of space.

Built by Neal Communities, the homes of SkySail come in three different collections. The Cruise Homes of SkySail are mostly single-story homes with three-bedrooms, two-baths, and a two-car garage.

The largest home in this collection, however, is a two-story plan with four-bedrooms, two-baths, and a two-car garage. It features around 2,400 square feet of living space.

The Celebration Homes of SkySail offer a bit more space. This collection of homes features three different single-story layouts, each of which includes three-bedrooms and two-baths.

There are also a couple of two-story plans in the Celebration series, each of which includes four-bedrooms and either two- or three-baths. The two-story plans start at around 2,900 square feet of space.

The Cove Homes of SkySail also come in a single-story floor plan. In this series, most homes include up to three-bedrooms and two-baths. There is also the option for a larger home in the series with four-bedrooms and three-baths.

Shared amenities in SkySail include access to nearly 250-acres of lakes, a swimming pool, tennis, and trails. The new development will also include pickleball courts, a community center and dog parks.

You’ll find the new community of SkySail just east of Everglades Boulevard, off Oil Well Road. The new development is close to a children’s museum, the zoo, and a sports complex, as well as several restaurants, shops, and golf courses in the Naples area.
