Silver Oak Coming to Naples

A new and exclusive enclave of luxury estate homes is headed to North Naples, where Seagate Development Group plans to construct just 10 extraordinary homes in a unique setting. All of the homesites in Silver Oak are more than one-acre in size themselves, offering up plenty of privacy.

While there is no homeowner’s association, that also means homeowners in Silver Oak are afforded more flexibility in home customization. Currently, there are a handful of homes listed for sale in the community, all of which are priced starting in the high $4 million range, but some are priced in the mid $5 million range.   

Homes on the market in Silver Oak oftentimes include four-bedrooms, six-baths, and upwards of 4,000 square feet of living space. There are available floorplans with more than 5,000 square feet of living space, as well, in addition to either a three- or four-car garage.
