A brand new coach home community is headed to Naples. Construction crews recently broke ground on the Seychelles community, located close to Santa Barbara Boulevard and Davis in Southeast Naples.
When complete, Seychelles will be home to more than 200 carriage homes, spread across more than 30-acres of property. In all, the community will consist of more than two-dozen buildings, each with eight individual housing units.
Four units will be located on the ground level and another four will be located on the second level of each building. Each unit of Seychelles also includes either an attached one- or two-car garage.
Planned residential amenities include a clubhouse near the entrance of the community. Residents will have access to a swimming pool and spa, event lawn, fire pit and a social hall.
In addition, the property will feature a fitness studio, three lakes and two preserve areas. This presents the possibility of either lake or preserve views from the privacy of the future homes of Seychelles.
Seychelles marks the sixth such residential neighborhood from Neal Communities in Collier County. The same company is the force behind another nearby community, as Avalon of Naples sits less than a mile away from Seychelles.
Neal is also building multi-family coach homes in Avalon of Naples, which are said to be similar in design to those of the future Seychelles. The homes of Avalon start priced in the high $200,000s, with floor plans typically ranging from around 1,300 square feet to 1,700 square feet in size.
Each coach home in Avalon of Naples offers two- to three-bedrooms and two-baths. According to recently released details, the coach homes of Seychelles will also come in two- and three-bedroom floor plans with similar square footage. Buyers will reportedly have four different designs to choose from in the community.
