Seven New Models Available at Marsh Cove
Popular Fiddler’s Creek is continuing to grow, now with the addition of new planned homes within gated Marsh Cove. Stock Signature Homes is in the process of offering 50 new homes within the village, with seven of their single-family estate plans available. This marks the latest infusion of homes for one of Southwest Florida’s most coveted communities.
The newest custom floor plans range from three- to four-bedrooms plus a study, and include from 2,800 square feet to more than 3,600 square feet of living space. With private outdoor living space overlooking the Creek Course and the lakes too, the homes all additionally offer a three-car garage.
Construction is underway for a handful of Stock model homes, priced in the $900,000s to upwards of $1.5 million. The Stock Signature Homes in Marsh Cove join the already popular Fiddler’s Creek Community, where Stock boasts its sold out its homes already in three villages.
Harbourside Custom Homes also has floor plans within Marsh Cove ranging from 2,600 to 3,000 square feet. These homes offer up to four-bedrooms and up to 3.5-baths. Additionally, Ashton Woods supplies homes within the same area starting at 2,500 square feet in size. Common features of the homes include the open floor plans, name brand appliances and Mediterranean-style design elements. As well, many homes feature Italian cabinetry and paver drives.
Found on Collier Boulevard in South Naples, Fiddler’s Creek is an award-winning community with amenities ranging from its tennis courts and multiple dining options to its swimming complex, fitness center, and the community’s Club & Spa. Residents of Fiddler’s Creek also have the option to become a member at The Golf Club at Fiddler’s Creek, with its championship, Arthur Hills-designed course.
