Sereno Grove Coming to Livingston Road

A brand new single-family home community is coming to Livingston Road with the inclusion of Sereno Grove in North Naples. This Lennar development is uniquely situated off a private, tree-lined entry road from Livingston, allowing for plenty of privacy in sheltering the future community from the surrounding area.

When complete, Sereno Grove will include around 60 private residences, with about 14-acres left over as conservation land. The planned community hasn’t been without controversy, though.

Some residents of other neighboring communities previously raised concerns about the changing landscape of the area and the impact on their property lines. Some feared that Sereno Grove community roads would be too close.

Originally a proposed development from WCI Communities, Lennar took over the property after acquiring the other company. To combat some of the previous concerns, some changes were made to the original property design.

The county commission eventually approved plans for the community in fall of last year. That cleared the way for construction to finally begin, and crews were recently spotted as they began the process of breaking ground on the future development.

While few details on the home designs are widely available just yet, some past reports suggest that homes within Sereno Grove will likely range from around 2,800 square feet to 4,000 square feet in size.

Based on the plans, it appears some of the homes will sit near community lakes, situated on cul-de-sacs. Lennar is typically recognized for its “Everything’s Included” philosophy in home design, and it’s possible that Sereno Grove will draw in a mix of year-round and seasonal residents.

The new community of Sereno Grove sits close to Wilshire Lakes in North Naples, as well as the new, gated community of Sienna Reserve and Marsala at Tiburon. The neighborhood also sits particularly close to part of the Black Course at Tiburon Golf Club.
