Seasons at Naples Cay Condo Shatters Naples Price Record

81 seagate dr unit 2201

There’s a new record sale price for a condo in Naples, this one tied to a sprawling penthouse unit in Seasons at Naples Cay. The luxury high-rise offers a stunning collection of high-end residences, accented with upscale finishes and surrounded by sensational amenities.

The record-breaking sale comes from a $14.75 million home, complete with five-bedrooms and five-baths. This sophisticated residence was sold fully furnished, with custom designs and fine art included. The home décor also includes the unit’s Italian porcelain flooring, name brand, Sub-Zero and Gaggenau appliances and quartz countertops.

Perhaps even more luxurious, however, is the unit’s private elevator, fitness room and sauna, along with the breathtaking views. The unit is not alone in its affluence, as most of the residences within the tower are priced in the multi-million dollar range, though finding an available unit within the building is rare.

Constructed in the early 2000s, Seasons at Naples Cay offers just 43 units, with two homes located on each of the building’s 20+ floors. Ranging from around 4,700 square feet to more than 11,000 square feet, the impressive homes are complimented by the building’s amenities, including a swimming pool and spa, tennis court and fitness center. Even the building’s grand lobby promotes elegance, with a marble staircase and impressively designed saltwater aquarium.

Overlooking the sand and the waters of Outer Clam Bay and the Gulf, residents also enjoy views of the nearby nature preserves. In addition, residents are offered exclusive usage of a private beach.

Located just off Seagate Drive, Seasons at Naples Cay is found between Pelican Bay and Park Shore. Just a couple of miles from US 41, the larger Naples Cay community includes a half-dozen high-rise towers, starting at two-bedrooms and located within walking distance of such attractive options as the Village on Venetian Bay and the Waterside Shops.
