Although not scheduled to open until sometime later this year, the new Seaglass high-rise is reportedly already nearly 70-percent sold. Despite its more stringent, appointment-only viewing policy, the developer’s processed nearly $155 million in sales contracts to date.
Currently three furnished models are open for viewing, giving prospective buyers a front-row seat to the exciting new tower. As the same time, construction is underway for two move-in ready residences, with the expectation they’ll be finished in time for immediate move-in when the property opens.
The tower units of Seaglass are projected to supply at least three-bedrooms and 3.5-baths, plus multiple options in private outdoor space. As well, buyers can also expect to find high ceilings, island kitchens and an array of designer finishes.
Some designs also feature an optional dry bar and fireplace, while there are also units that will include a private elevator lobby, walls of glass doors overlooking Estero Bay and the Gulf, plus multiple walk-in closets.
These floor plans typically range from around 2,800 to upwards of 3,400 square feet of living space. The residences of Seaglass are priced starting above $1 million, with several different options in floor plans as well as some penthouse units.
Some of those penthouses will additionally include a summer kitchen. Meanwhile, each home of Seaglass will also come with two under-building parking spaces. Options will also exist for some privately enclosed garages.
Other amenities of the building range from the heated swimming pool and whirlpool to a pool bar and barbecue grills. Meanwhile, the property also plans to offer a spa and fitness center, a billiard room, plus a theater, clubroom and available guest suites.
In addition, membership opportunities also exist within Bonita Bay Club. From swimming to tennis, on-site dining to championship golf, you’ll find it all within Bonita Bay and the highly anticipated inclusion of Seaglass tower.
