Seaglass High-Rise Construction to Start in April

The Seaglass high-rise tower within Bonita Bay will soon begin construction in April, according to reports by the award-winning Ronto Group.  Seaglass will be a 26-story condominium offering 120 residential units.  This month, the site will be completely cleared, graded and construction of fencing will be installed.  An onsite office will be built.  The Ronto Group expects construction to take a little over two years, and anticipates completion by the middle of 2018.

Naples-based BCBE Construction has been chosen to lead the project construction.  The Bonita Bay Club’s Lifestyle Center includes such amenities as a fitness center, café, spa, and salon.  There are three Arthur Hills-designed championship golf courses meandering through the Bonita Bay community, which nicely blend in with the natural surroundings.  Two other golf courses designed by Tom Fazio are nearby at the Bonita Bay Club Naples.  The Bonita Bay Club’s Lifestyle Center is part of the Bonita Bay complex that has been recognized as one of 10 healthiest clubs in America.  Enhancements will be made to the world-class tennis complex.  Bonita Bay also has an onsite marina with a private beach park on Little Hickory Island, and miles of nature walks and trails.

Future homebuyers can now select their interior finishes at the Seaglass Design Studio located in the Seaglass Sales Center.  At the design center, future residents can select flooring, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and paint colors.  Buyers should make their decisions before construction starts.  Seaglass has already sold several luxury tower and penthouse residences.  Seaglass plans to make available fully completed residences ready for move-in with designer selected finishes.  Contemporary updated touches will be found in the kitchens and master baths.  Each condo will come with two parking spaces.  Three tower residence floor plans are available with three and four bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,889-3,421 square feet, with prices from $1 million. The homes have dual private elevator grand foyers.

Penthouses are priced from $2.8 million with three and four bedroom floor plans and 4,590 - 4,663 square feet of living space.  The penthouses have dual private elevator grand foyers, spacious rooms, high ceilings, and several have expanded outdoor spaces with large terraces and two private rooftop terraces.
