Seaglass At Bonita Bay Is Over 50% Sold

With about 18-months of construction still to go, the ultra-luxurious Seaglass tower is already 50-percent sold, as new buyers continue to explore all that the new high-rise has to offer in Bonita Bay. A mere 600 feet way from Estero Bay, the new tower is one of the only new construction high-rises in the region to sit that close to the water.
Designed with water, mangrove and sensational sunset views in mind, the tower is said to offer open floor plans within its 120 units. Traditional floor plans range from three-bedrooms and 3.5-baths, along with private terraces and 2,800 square feet of living space to those additionally offering a den and 3,400 square feet, along with private terraces.
In addition, there are also penthouse units with up to 4,600 square feet of living space, plus generous outdoor terraces. Because the penthouse units are already sold out, though, future homebuyers can choose to instead join two of the upper units as one, translating into a spectacular 6,200 square foot unit, with outstanding Gulf views.
Each residence of Seaglass comes with ten-foot ceilings and two underground parking spaces, with the option of purchasing a two-car garage. Buyers who choose one of the large, expanded units will receive four underground parking spaces.
Many buyers are choosing to select their final finishes, including countertops, paint, flooring and hardware, with the opportunity to customize homes as they see fit. Selections include wood flooring, porcelain and stone, as well as quartz, marble and granite countertops.
Priced from around $1 million, the residences of Seaglass provide homeowners with access to several available memberships, including the offerings of Bonita Bay Club. From the five championship golf courses to tennis, dining, a private beach park and a full-service marina, there’s plenty to entertain new residents. A multi-story Lifestyle Center additionally provides a fitness center, a spa and a salon.
