Sales at Omega in Bonita Bay Top $125M
Sales remain strong at the new Omega at Bonita Bay high-rise. With nine residences sold in 2020, The Ronto Group is now reporting sales have topped $125 million for the new Bonita Springs property.
The 27-story tower is already more than 50-percent sold. As the final luxury tower to join Bonita Bay, Omega promises to deliver an amenity-rich, luxury condo experience.
When finished, the tower will offer nearly 70 private residences, including a handful of sweeping penthouse units. Only two of those penthouse units remain for sale in the building. Some of the lower floors are also already sold out.
Designed to feel more like living in a maintenance-free estate home, the large floor plans of Omega start at around 4,200 square feet of living space. The homes also come with some desirable outdoor terraces for living and entertaining space.
Buyers can expect to find three- to five-bedrooms plus a den with the floor plans of Omega. The penthouse units tack on a private rooftop terrace to the already spacious designs.
Meanwhile, the amenities of Omega are just as impressive as the private luxuries. This includes a large outdoor deck with a resort-style swimming pool and a rooftop terrace.
As well, you’ll find a grand salon, a library and a billiards room. A social room tacks on a bar and full kitchen for special events, while a movie theater adds another experience for residents of Omega. The property will additionally feature guest suites, the option of poolside cabanas and a fitness center.
Omega residents will also have the option of purchasing a membership at Bonita Bay Club, which provides access to three on-site golf courses, a lifestyle center, fitness center, and a tennis and aquatic center. A residential beach park is only about 10 minutes away from the community and the new Omega tower.
