Riverstone’s Singular Entrance Hints at the Beauty Inside

With its fountains, palm trees, flowering landscaping and its waterfall, Riverstone’s grand, yet singular entrance gives just a taste of the beauty inside this impressive community. The drive takes owners and guests past a large lake and towering trees before reaching some of the community’s lavish homes and enviable amenities.

The Regal Collection at Riverstone consists of homes typically ranging from around 1,900 square feet to 2,200 square feet in size. The Vintage collection has twice as many floorplans to choose from, including homes ranging from around 2,000 to more than 4,000 square feet of living space.

Some of the largest homes in Riverstone are part of the Classic Collection. These homes start at around 2,500 square feet, but there are some that top 4,700 square feet of living space.
