Richmond Park Coming to North Naples
A new community of carriage homes is headed to North Naples with the addition of Richmond Park. This brand new development by Neal Communities is set for sales to begin this summer, in one of the region’s fastest growing new areas.
At build-out, Richmond Park will deliver around 100 luxury carriage homes, supplemented by two lakes, a resort-style swimming pool and spa and a clubhouse. Early plans call for 13 different buildings housing the multi-family units.
The 15-acre development is conveniently found at Woodcrest Drive and Immokalee Road, close to Collier Boulevard. The prime location makes it easy to reach local beaches, plus shops and restaurants and other recreational pursuits.
Smaller than some of the other neighboring new construction communities, Richmond Park will reportedly offer similar condos to those in its Avalon of Naples community. Those homes feature floor plans ranging from around 1,300 to 1,700 square feet in size, with two-bedrooms and some two-bedrooms plus a den designs. Each home in Avalon also includes a one- or two-car garage.
The homes within Avalon are all priced starting in the high $200,000s to low $300,000s, with covered patios for outdoor space. Finishes of the homes include quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Neal Communities is also the force behind the Reflection Lakes and Canopy communities. Canopy offers maintenance-free single-family homes, priced starting in the low $300,000s. The neighborhood is built up around a lake with plenty of green space.
Meanwhile, the Neal Communities development of Reflection Lakes includes both single-family homes and twin villas, with preserve and lake views. Supplemented by an excess of added amenities, the homes and villas of Reflection Lakes are priced starting in the $300,000s and $400,000s.
Richmond Park joins as the latest community offered by the company, supplying dozens of new homes to join its already impressive portfolio topping 10,000 homes in Southwest Florida.
