Renovated Units Now Selling at Wilderness Country Club
Renovated condo units are now selling at the private Wilderness Country Club in Naples. This gated golf course community offers a total of around 300 condos, all centered around an Arthur-Hills designed golf course.
First established in the mid 1970s, Wilderness Country Club was at the time the first private, gated golf course community in Naples with mandatory membership. While the course was completely refurbished itself in the early 2000s, many of the condos have only more recently been renovated.
Right now, there are more than two dozen condos available for viewing. Those condos range from around 1,700 square feet of living space to more than 3,000 square feet of living space.
Each unit comes with its own golf cart and golf cart garage. The condo buildings also all provide fantastic views of the golf course and surrounding greenspace. Some units additionally include a woodburning fireplace.
The amenities of living at Wilderness Country Club are plentiful. The property offers a clubhouse with informal and formal dining opportunities, a full-service golf shop and a practice area.
Along with golf, the club also provides its members access to five heated swimming pools and a number of Har-Tru tennis courts for added fun and recreation. There is also a dog park for four-legged family members living at Wilderness, plus the property allows for a croquet court and plans call for eventual gardens to be added to the site.
A newly minted five-acre park creates even more green space for residents and members to enjoy, while the community’s lush natural surroundings create a safe haven for native wildlife. The club is a designated Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, where dozens of species of birds, shrubs, trees and plants are at home.
Centrally located in Naples, you’ll find the forested Wilderness Country Club just off Goodlette-Frank Road, to the north of Golden Gate Parkway.
