Pub Coming to Isles of Collier Preserve
A new community amenity is headed to Isles of Collier Preserve. The waterfront community will soon add a new pub to the property, as construction is currently underway for the new Overlook Bar & Grill.
Plans call for the new building to include a main dining area, two screened-in porches for dining, as well as a bar with views of the Cypress Waterway. As for the menu, that’s expected to include everything from fresh seafood and local produce to a full wine list and handcrafted cocktails.
In addition, diners will have the option of choosing from salads and sandwiches, appetizers, plus some dinner specials. With room for up to 100 guests, the outdoor dining will be accented by Tiki lighting, while the building will also feature a U-shaped bar, traditional dining tables and some banquette seating.
Designed to compliment the community with the feel of Old Florida-style architecture and charm, it’s expected the new pub will be finished sometime early next year. The pub is part of the final phase of amenities, coinciding with the recent sale of the 500th home in the community.
Other amenities making up the final phase include three new tennis courts, new bocce ball and pickleball courts and a new dog park. They compliment the already long list of amenities offered by the community, including The Isles Club with its resort-style swimming pool and lap pool, a social room and a fitness center.
In addition, the property boasts an event courtyard, cabanas and a sandy beach, plus a kayak launch. Residents may additionally gain membership at the nearby Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club, featuring waterfront dining, a full service marina and a large amount of acreage dedicated to natural wetlands.
Filled with a mix of single-family and multi-family homes, the Isles of Collier Preserve development offers dozens of different designs including villas, coach homes and single-family floor plans.
