Home sales are in full swing in Miromar Lakes, where the Portofino neighborhood continues to attract new interest. Over the past several weeks, three model homes and two more homesites sold in the exclusive neighborhood.
In all, Portofino in Miromar Lakes consists of 20 waterfront homesites, and the vast majority of them are already sold. The maintenance-free, waterfront villas all offer peaceful waterfront views overlooking Lake Como and some expanded outdoor space.
